Today, in English class, we listened to a song by Claude Kelly, "I believe in us". We listened to the song and the lyrics at the same time and summed up by talking about what the song ment (they've hade difficult times, but he really wants them to try to work it out so they can stay together).
Then there was a group task, where the group decided what had happened before the song - why were they having difficulties in the relationship. When the group had decided on a situation, the group split up and each person sat down to write a response letter to Claude Kelly, pretending they were the woman in the song.
The letter should be ½-1 page long, computor written, 1½ spacing, 12 pts and finished on Tuesday of next week. You will work more on this letter so save it and keep it accessible on your computor. I won't read any letter that does not have 1½ spacing.
